Simple Key Interchange

The Simple Key Interchange groups (SPKI) met, and it was not very helpful. The SPKI protocol was designed to be simple, because all the others were too complex. In practice, it has now turned out to be very complex. The group could have decided to simplify it, start again, or stop the work. They pretty well decided the middle one though they didn't make it clear why they should succeed next time.
